Look. When people write about these things who have no background in dealing with stress resolution it breaks my heart, because inadvertently, each article becomes a list of things to do – not a solution to resolve your stress permanently.
If you were already stress free, then some of the list is an appropriate way to maintain your stress-free levels. However, as point one indicates, it says: minimise stress! The issue behind ALL of our problems is STRESS pure and simple! So, the real question needs to be – how can I resolve the stress that is causing me untold grief and seems to make me react to stressful triggers in an emotional way?
