As a Stress Resolution Specialist when I read these types of articles I am always looking for gist of whether the tips and strategies get to the root cause of employees’ stress. Do they address why the stress has arisen? Do they give ways to resolve that stress permanently rather than giving lists of things to look out for?
In this article, the signs and symptoms of stress are revealed and they include external organisational stressor triggers, when really, the root cause of ALL stress is the unexpressed emotional issues that the person keeps carrying around with them. Stress is cumulative and unless and until these underlying issues are resolved stress will continue to bother people.
