Having been to burnout and back I know what is involved here. These tips are for someone who can get their body/mind back form a stressful situation easily. However, because stress is cumulative and generally people have not built the resilience necessary in order to be in control of their Stress Response Mechanism easily.
These tips are great for after you have resolved your stress and dug down to the root cause that still plagues you on an on-going basis. However, nothing will work long-term until and unless you resolve the cause of your stress.
